Portfolio Requirements (For all three majors)

  • Applicants will submit a portfolio of original artworks to demonstrate their current creative interests and skill levels.

  • Applicants will submit at least 5 original artworks encompassing a range of art-making practices and media-type (Including 2 pieces of personal creative artworks of any media, 1 piece of observational artwork of painting, acrylic or sketch, 1 piece of perspective drawing which could be a simple line drawing without shadings,1 piece of digital artwork. Sketchbook is acceptable.)

  • Portfolio Submission: To submit your portfolio, please make sure to photograph your original works and send JPEG file (5mb maximum) to the admissions by email: admissions@npc-arts.com. Sketchbook can be submitted as one PDF（10mb max）

Academic Requirements (For all three majors)

   •    A copy of your high school transcript with English class minimum 70%
   •     Transcript from a post-secondary institution (if applicable)

 

Age Requirements

( For Concept Design & Computer Art Only)

  • To be admitted, applicants must be at least 16 years of age

  • For students seeking BC Student Aid, the student must be high school graduates or be at least 19 years of age (mature status).To demonstrate high school completion applicants will submit a high-school diploma, including transcripts from any secondary or post-secondary institutions attended in the last five years, or a piece of government-issued identification that shows your birth date.

  • Must be high school graduates or be at least 19 years of age (mature status).
    To demonstrate high school completion applicants will submit a high-school
    diploma, including transcripts from any secondary or post-secondary
    institutions attended in the last five years, OR a piece of government issued
    identification that shows your birthdate.
